Several Large Wellington Warehouses / Offices

The Tectonix team had been busy recently working on detailed seismic assessments and strengthening designs for several large warehouses / offices around Wellington. These concrete and steel structures vary in construction age from early 1970s to newer early 2000s. The team conducted thorough site investigations, performed in-depth structural calculations, coordinated with geotechnical engineer and peer reviewers, prepared Revit drawings and other documentations for building consent, and attended meetings and regular site inspections. We have worked closely with our clients from the very beginning and maintained constant communication between all parties to ensure a successful outcome for these complex projects.
