Ramon has 20+ years of structural design experience, ranging from commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings. He also has 10 years of project monitoring, supervision and management of medium to heavy construction projects.
His recent experiences include the structural design and analysis of two 15 story apartment buildings, detailed seismic assessment (DSA) and strengthening of existing buildings, and structural peer reviews of various structures, all within the Auckland region.
Ramon is accredited as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) by Engineering New Zealand (ENZ) for structural assessment and design of low to high-rise buildings. Ramon brings with him extensive experience from working for top engineering consultancies here in New Zealand.
