The Tectonix team had recently completed structural Detailed Seismic Assessments (DSAs) and strengthening designs for two 4-storey concrete buildings in Auckland. These two buildings are part of a larger complex composed of numerous other buildings within. Tectonix had partnered with another engineering company in providing structural engineering services for the whole complex. The Tectonix team conducted thorough site investigations, performed in-depth structural calculations, prepared Revit drawings and other documentations for building consent, and coordinated with client, peer reviewer and contractor.
